Poor management, low pay, supervisors are the worse, HR never have an answer to no questions. You think the plant manager would care about the employee, well think again! He's only seen on the production floor when its close to the end of the quarter and he want the expensive shock built.

There's no leadership here! From plant manager down to the line leaders need to be replaced
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with this company almost 3yrs, work hard, more than i'm suppse to do, there on my schedule days plus overtime when needed! Never got an employee of the month, never offered a promotion. The smack in the face was 10 cent cost of living raise!
