The interview process was very professional and included several discussions to check for alignment on approach and values.

The product is well designed, although the user interface would benefit from UI designers, who have a different skillset to traditional developers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is stuck in the 80s. Branding and offices are very tired, as are many employees. It really needs an overhaul to remove the obstacles for teams to work together effectively.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are expected to present a professional front to clients whilst being totally disempowered to resolve service issues.
