hands-on, but visionary, caring, friendly, challenging but fair

alright, could be more, but the fringe benefits are mind-blowing (all meals at all times and all sorts of free); massage service used to be free but still nearly fully free during working hours, x-mas gifts, BBQ, company holidays, etc, etc
