Overall I have had a positive experience. I love working with all of our students and giving them the best time possible. I also am happy with how friendly and understanding management is. My only issue is with communication. I often feel out of the loop.

Overall I love working here. I have a nice balance working from home, and what we do is so unique. I enjoy the team I work with and being a mentor for others.

Everyone being willing to help each other.

The Benefits. Also the 401 K match is great.

Making classes for students a fun part of their day and also helping instructors grow.

I like that people care about you as a person, also they are open to hearing any feedback I have.

I like how everyone is caring. Despite sometimes not agreeing on certain things they are always willing to take time to listen.

Everyone is there for each other. I feel when someone is going through a rough time we always do what we can to accommodate

We all bounce off of each other and work through issues. I really like our daily scrums and the advice we all contribute to each other.

Everyone has fun while they work. Nobody has any pressure to be serious all the time. We are when we need to be but we take the time to laugh and talk while we do our work tasks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a difference. I care a lot about our students and helping others. I really always get a smile on my face when I see my impact is giving something positive for our students to go to each week.
