I have been there over 20 yrs. The job changes from week to week. I like that sometimes, st times the inconsistency becomes extremely frustrating. I love my coworkers though.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just a negative environment a lot of times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try and provide a variety of things to help the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like our raises are enough. We don't even get an annual cost of living raise.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was decades ago, but I have since interviewed for other positions and the interview was pretty laid back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are willing to try new things to help the employees with anything from their health to help with their finances.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My unit is great. We have each other's backs. If someone is going to be out of work for a while, my unit helps keep their job going while they are gone. No one complains, we all just pitch in.
