What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try and provide a variety of things to help the employees.
They support and encourage staff regularly.

Support the overall effort of the clinic by respecting the contribution ofeach person in leadership to the success of the business
Working doing there job and not putting their work onto others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extra benefits that are provided. Health insurance, 401k, EAP program, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recognized and bonus for extra effort
I don't feel like our raises are enough. We don't even get an annual cost of living raise.
Worked for the company for twenty years and we new employees coming in making closely to what I make starting new
What are some of the best things about your team?
My unit is great. We have each other's backs. If someone is going to be out of work for a while, my unit helps keep their job going while they are gone. No one complains, we all just pitch in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respect each other for their skills brought to the workplace
Change their attitudes and bring more positivity to the team...

Outside interest in services provided to lower income individuals
They are willing to try new things to help the employees with anything from their health to help with their finances.

Interest of the interviewer about contribution to the healthcare field
My interview was decades ago, but I have since interviewed for other positions and the interview was pretty laid back.

It's just a negative environment a lot of times.
