My team members genuinely care about me as a person. I have been able to safely transition at the company, and I have not faced any bias from anyone. From the highest levels of the company, I feel safe and cared for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A detailed answer would de-anonymize me, but to be sufficently vague, I perform the duties of two roles at once and get compensated $23K/yr less than a junior would in just one of those roles.
