We should have a real work from home policy or at least some privacy dividers, because people are stressed, sick, and on edge.

If we actually had the freedom to work on our own priorities as a team, we'd work quite well together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If leadership actually cared about High Quality, they wouldn't work so scattershot. There's a difference between "startup scattershot" and "foolish negligence scattershot".
