What do you like best about the leadership team?
In a refreshing twist, the leadership team at GLS is almost entirely composed of women. This makes for an extremely collaborative and supportive environment, with no hint of politics or other unconstructive behaviors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Global Learning Systems is a remote organization, so everyone works from their home office (or other desired location). While not technically "compensation" it's definitely a perk.
