Highly collaborative culture. Generally innovative company.

Outside of the former CEO and his immediate group the team is generally positive and has a strong bench of scientists.
What makes you most happy at work?
Company mission is inspiring to me.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The former CEO had poor listening skills and was not a collaborative member of the team. While he was a phenomenal salesman, there was little substance to his messages and he could not admit when he had made a mistake nor did he have the humility of self reflection.
