everything via Zoom call. Multiple Interviewers, that excites me.

Dialogue , I can have a one on one with my Bosses Boss. Awesome!

Open to questions and operate as a team. Everyone is always on the same page.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am definitely valued in GMF , but I'm a Contractor. Wish I could be permanent.
What makes you most happy at work?
New Ideas, New Challenges. New ways of Doing things , Flexibility. Hunger for new technology. Sharing of knowledge through frequent meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Calm and open to dialogue. Know where they fit in the big picture and perform their roles with precision. Accept mistakes and correct them by holding meetings regularly. Awesome Culture.
