Being able to help my customers resolve their issues, and working with my team to become efficient in our goals
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team specifically is very communicative and friendly. We meet and discuss issues in our department and how best to address and fix those issues effectively. We always get feedback and are kept on target by our team leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our job consists of the same things that most adjusters do for other companies and get paid more. There should be the perks of some kind of hazard pay involved in dealing with customers that are less than co-operative. Most of the employees of GM Financial want to satisfy our customers needs.
