The team was great in the beginning but now has been reduced to me.

It was evident that by the end of interview I was deemed over qualified, but to the company representative it was a positive for them and their vision in where they wanted the company to be.

Have not been evaluated in the last 7 years. Have not been respected or have I been recognized for the value I have brought to this company. The company has not kept their word or promises.
