What do you like best about the leadership team?
The support team responds pretty quickly but could probably communicate with transcribers and editors more efficiently. Their tendency toward straightforward replies leaves questions unanswered for online workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is legitimate, which is hard to find in online work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Facebook group for transcribers and editors is the best way to interact with coworkers in a remote job such as this, there I have found a group of wonderfully helpful and experienced people that I enjoy interacting with.
