What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seriously so supportive. You're given so much autonomy and support that it's impossible to fail if you just stick with it. Of course, you'll always have people slip through the cracks that don't actually want to work, but for those that do, management makes sure you are successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission, you can literally earn whatever you want. It doesn't happen overnight, but even mild success here amounts to more than people my age at other jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a family here. Not a single outcast on the team.
