The people. They are genuinely willing to help each other. One of our core values is We before Me and I think the team does a great job of living that every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are great. They just added 401k matching which is huge for me. They also fully cover all my mental benefits and have a home office stipend as well as a stipend for professional growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are truly helping our customers improve their day-to-day lives by supplying them with a product that makes their jobs easier and simpler. It's great knowing we are making an impact and making people's lives a little easier.
