Transparency about the struggle theyve had and for several years instead of blaming every single predecessor.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Patinents have died, are convinced nlt to leave or discharge so the company gets paid even if the client is not appropriate for that facility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus more on saving lives and patient care than how many admits came in for the day. Terrible focus!
