Mr. Douglas W. Marrs, also known as Doug, serves as a Secretary of Great Southern BanCorp Inc. Mr. Marrs serves as a Secretary and Vice President of Operations at Great Southern Bank, a subsidiary of Great Southern BanCorp Inc. He is responsible for all operations functions of Great Southern Bank. Prior to joining Great Southern Bank in 1996, Mr. Marrs served as a Bank Officer in the areas of operations and data processing at a competing $1 billion bank.

Mr. Linton J. Thomason serves as Vice President of Information Systems of Great Southern Bank at Great Southern BanCorp Inc. Mr. Thomason is responsible for information services for Great Southern and all of its subsidiaries and all treasury management sales/operations of the Bank. He joined Great Southern Bank in 1997. He served as a Bank Officer in the areas of technology and data processing, operations and treasury management at a competing $1 billion bank.

Mr. Rex A. Copeland serves as Treasurer of Great Southern BanCorp Inc. Mr. Copeland serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Great Southern Bank at Great Southern BanCorp Inc. He joined Great Southern Bank in 2000 and is responsible for the financial functions of Great Southern BanCorp Inc., including the internal and external financial reporting of Great Southern BanCorp. Inc. and its subsidiaries. He served other financial services companies. He served as an Accounting Director of a division of H&R Block from 1999 to 2000, Division Controller of Bank One Corporation from 1996 to 1999 and an auditor with BKD, LLP. Mr. Copeland served other financial services companies in the areas of corporate accounting, internal audit and independent public accounting. Mr. Copeland is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tonia Tillman serves as the VP Operations of Great Southern Bank. Tonia started at Great Southern Bank in June of 1990. Tonia currently resides in Springfield, Missouri Area.
