I've had the most amazing time here at Drift. I've been here for 4 months now and each day is unlike the day before. It allows you to take on new and more responsibility at a fast pace and develop your skill sets even more.

My experience at Drift has been nothing short of amazing. This is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for my next opportunity. A place where I enjoy coming into work everyday, work with the brightest minds in the industry, and get to work with customers to help them achieve their goals.

I love the collaboration, energy, and quality.

Transparent about literally everything (goals, mission, changes, etc.).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone working towards the same goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming into work and working with amazing people and helping our customers achieve their goals.

They are very thorough. They want to make sure they are bringing in the best possible talent.

Our team is super agile. There is no problem we can't tackle. And we tackle problems very fast :)

Our founders are very involved in the hiring process so it was great to speak with them before coming aboard.

The rituals we have in place. Let's us take some time to reflect on ourselves and how the company is doing.

Working with genuinely smart people who care just as much as leadership about the success of not only the company, but our customers as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity package is great. An awesome incentive to make it feel like the company is as much yours as everyone else's - so success is imperative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is extremely transparent about what's going on in the business, the direction, etc. They also believe in the importance of investing in their employees, specifically the learning opportunities we get to take advantage of.
