Every day, you will work and grind. Delivering daily results is a must and expected. Sometimes I feel on edge about doing enough or am I doing my best work with the energy of go, go, go. But everyone understands the mission and works hard. I learn a lot every day and am pushed every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and energy make this company. However burn out is a real thing here
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel appreciated and my boss is always teaching me things. I feel myself getting better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a hard worker and very proactive. We all have the shared idea to go go go and get things done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
A phone call with the CEO is the final stage. This shows humility and that despite how high ranking, we are all a team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Despite the leadership team being at a higher level, they all make an effort to put in work, socialize and support all levels of employees, and take ownership for some things not working out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our Drift benefits aren't competitive. Everyone at Drift puts in WORK and HUSTLES, we should be given more perks or better time off, etc. The stock options are good, but we could be given more.
