Mr. Lee-Lean Shu Co-founded GSI Technology Inc. in March 1995 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since March 1995 and Chairman of the Board since October 2000. From January 1995 to March 1995, Mr. Shu served as a Director of SRAM Design at Sony Microelectronics Corporation, a semiconductor company and a subsidiary of Sony Corporation and from July 1990 to January 1995, he served as a Design Manager of Sony Microelectronics Corporation. Mr. Shu has been a Director of GSI Technology Inc. since March 1995.

Mr. Robert Yau Co-founded Gsi Technology Inc. in March 1995 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Yau has been Vice President of Engineering of Gsi Technology Inc. since March 1995. From December 1993 to February 1995, Mr. Yau served as Design Manager for specialty memory devices at Sony Microelectronics Corporation. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Yau served as Design Manager at MOSEL/VITELIC. He has been a Director of Gsi Technology Inc. since March 1995.

Mr. Douglas M. Schirle has been the Chief Financial Officer at GSI Technology Inc. since August 2000. Mr. Schirle served as GSI Technology Inc.'s Corporate Controller from June 1999 to August 2000. From March 1997 to June 1999, he was the Corporate Controller at Pericom Semiconductor Corporation, a provider of digital and mixed signal integrated circuits. From November 1996 to February 1997, Mr. Schirle was Vice President of Finance for Paradigm Technology, a manufacturer of SRAMs and from December 1993 to October 1996, he was the Controller for Paradigm Technology. Mr. Schirle was formerly a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Didier Lasserre has been a Vice President of Sales at Gsi Technology Inc. since July 2002. From November 1997 to July 2002, Mr. Lasserre served as Director of Sales for the Western United States and Europe of Gsi Technology Inc. From July 1996 to October 1997, he was an account manager at Solectron Corporation, a provider of electronics manufacturing services. From June 1988 to July 1996, He was a Field Sales Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor, a semiconductor company.

Douglas Schirle serves as the CFO of GSI Technology. Douglas started at GSI Technology in June of 1999. Douglas currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.
