Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to take on more and more work, including additional roles, but our own salaries are stagnant. Give us yearly pay increases like any other company on earth. Why is that so difficult?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Showing that employees and contractors are VALUED. Our efforts have a SIGNIFICANT impact in the success of the company, but there are no raises EVER. We are constantly expected to take on more work and more roles, but not compensated for our efforts.
