Gyrodyne Company Culture

Mr. Peter Pitsiokos has been the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President at Gyrodyne, LLC since November 2004 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Pitsiokos served as General Counsel of Gyrodyne, LLC from November 1992 to November 2004. Mr. Pitsiokos served as an Executive Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County, New York. He joined the Gyrodyne, LLC in July 1992 as its Assistant Secretary. He also served as the Assistant Director of Economic Development and the Director of Water Resources in the Town of Brookhaven. He served as a Trustee of the Three Village Central School District n Setauket, New York. He also maintained a private law practice in which he represented several national and local owners, managers and developers of real estate. Mr. Pitsiokos holds a Law degree from Villanova University and a BA degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
