What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to clients and Knowing they will be satisfied with the quality of products and services. This industry is not "stuffy". That allows you to be yourself and form genuine relationships and partnerships.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our weekly meetings. Everyone comes together and we speak openly. Despite their being many different locations throughout the US, you know your out of state co workers quite well and are able to create relationships with them to exchange information and help partner together on items.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to talk to. Proud of the staff. Not scared to invest in good people. Leadership has been with the company a LONG time and know what they're talking about. Never talk down, only motivate with positive reinforcement. Respectful.
