Understanding a mothers death is more important than showing up for a booking and NOT charge a person $50 to do so.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They charge customers TWICE as much for a booking than we actually get paid for doing the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company's goal is just to get as much work out of people and also try to charge them or "fine" them for every little thing so they don't have to pay.
