Something that cannot be taught and money and charm are of no use... being a true leader means always learning understanding and listening as much as it is the other things. But these things are the only tools that are never sharpened and not used enough
A company that allows key positions to go infilled, haphazardly and slowly attempts to get them addressed as well as substance abuse. It was a doozie
