What are some of the best things about your team?
I do like most I work with. But I couldn’t handle the fact a manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There were sub cultures within the main (look the other way) culture that made the job bearable
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was swift. But now I see it was too swift. I should have paid attention more to the interviewer and tell tale signs they abused alcohol and would continue to do so. It was very obvious from the first interview

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Something that cannot be taught and money and charm are of no use... being a true leader means always learning understanding and listening as much as it is the other things. But these things are the only tools that are never sharpened and not used enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A company that allows key positions to go infilled, haphazardly and slowly attempts to get them addressed as well as substance abuse. It was a doozie

Get rid of people that take the company for granted
