No two days are the same. I'm most excited about the opportunity to challenge myself each day and be given the opportunity to try new things. Our CEO encourages everyone to push the envelope even if it means making mistakes. She always says, "It's okay to fail, just fail fast and try again."

The most positive aspect is the people. Hannon Hill is filled with very intelligent and talented individuals with diverse hobbies and unique backgrounds and experiences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hannon Hill is truly a supportive team-family filled with people working towards a common goal and who believe in the same values and mission. The team is also very diverse and inclusive and everyone feels comfortable and confident in sharing their ideas and opinions.
