What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very few are skilled to do their actual job. Most are relatives handed titles, with no experience. You can't mix family/friends with business.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The facade needs to stop. The company needs to listen and be receptive to constructive feedback, instead of retaliating when one speaks out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is poor at best. There are small teams and things still are not conveyed to everyone in an effective manner.
