The management is extremely poor. Needs a wholesale clear out. out of touch with staff.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value staff. Pay them what they deserve. Give proper support to teaching staff not just research support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No pay rise for five years. Continually argue they can't afford pay rises whilst at the same time paying over-inflated salaries to attract new staff. Trying to devalue our pensions. To make staff feel better - value them, don't just pay lip-service to it.
