Im not really happy with us right now. We were informed midshift last night after all upper management had left that the vacation policy had changed but weren't given a new written policy just informed by a group lead. I think that was very unprofessional.

My co workers make this job better. We support each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the co workers are great. We have a few that should be placed in another area for lack of wanting to learn the position they were hired for.
