What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should try and listen to the employees and understand what the issue is. And not live with the "deal with it" attitude.
Organization needs to be worked on as well as a strong leadership role.
Listening to employees and valuing their efforts.

Great benefit package for our business unit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Definetly certain divisions need to be paid differently
Because im an apprentice, i don't get a lot of stuff to look forward in a month.
More help and training are good
Compensation and benefits are sub-par and management does not listen to or care about employees.
Japan pays well below market rate vs US, UK and other parts of Europe for global managers capable of working across cultures in a matrix managed organization.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Team spirit and working together
Most of the co workers are great. We have a few that should be placed in another area for lack of wanting to learn the position they were hired for.
Although the UK team is small we all get to know each other and interact with other colleagues like close friends.
We are a very young team and very motivated to bring our department to the next big step.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers make this job better. We support each other.
It is fun, relaxing and works at a pace that is best for me as an apprentice.

Employ more staff and check properly their backgrounds
Open plan is a horror show. Very little space to collaborate. Too much reliance on in house built apps means not using world class collaboration or workforce productivity tools.
