Getting recognition for a job well done. It means more when its genuine and it comes from people you really respect and admire.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has been great to be given a lot of autonomy and responsibility at the same time. I think I have had more opportunities for growth and improvement here than I would have had anywhere else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a mutual respect and friendliness among us but no on is "too nice" to the point where they just agree with anything you say to protect your feelings. We are really good at building off each others ideas and taking them one step further.
