The leadership team i have worked with always talk about growth and lean. Honestly i havent seen any change and without change things will always remain the same.

Their ability to get the job done efficiently and effectively. There is always room for improvement and my vision is to utilize the lean system in a more effective way.

Being given task that help me better understand certin processes from within the company. Doing the hands on work to really get in there and be able to better understand the process as well.

My last interview eoth the company was for a promotional position. My manger utilized his abilities to help me feel more comfortable and not have such a formal interview. I am dislexic with ADD so at times i find it difficult to articulate myself accordingly.

I have been told my by manager that i am very intelligent and an out of the box thinker. I could apply these abilities to further improve lean and help members fallow through with the kaizen ideology. Equal compensation is great but im motivated by a better vision for the company.

Fallowing through 5s step hy step would be affective. The company seems to skip certain steps for short term gain and i see where we are losing value in doing so. My idea is to create a LEAN TEAM and do away with RCI teams. Completely start from scratch with utilizing team members.
