There are many job openings that the company will not fill, I often have to do the work of two people, I don't feel that I am being compensated for that, many other people that I work with feel the same way..
I have been told my by manager that i am very intelligent and an out of the box thinker. I could apply these abilities to further improve lean and help members fallow through with the kaizen ideology. Equal compensation is great but im motivated by a better vision for the company.
Recent changes to pay increases made it possible for newly promoted people to make the same wage as someone who has been working in the same position for years. It only benefits newly promoted people.
We try to help each other even when managment are not grathefull. We go and do our job for the best of the cuatomers.

Less drama! Leaders do a certification to become leaders but cant upholser, sew, run weld, trim, cut, etc
Need to keep and move up the actual positive contributors not those that are just controlling or manipulating
Fallowing through 5s step hy step would be affective. The company seems to skip certain steps for short term gain and i see where we are losing value in doing so. My idea is to create a LEAN TEAM and do away with RCI teams. Completely start from scratch with utilizing team members.

My last interview eoth the company was for a promotional position. My manger utilized his abilities to help me feel more comfortable and not have such a formal interview. I am dislexic with ADD so at times i find it difficult to articulate myself accordingly.

To work in an environment in which you do not feel as if you are just a number on a production line, but part of something more (Like a family). The willingness for most everyone to listen to concerns and correct and issues in a timely manner.
Being given task that help me better understand certin processes from within the company. Doing the hands on work to really get in there and be able to better understand the process as well.
When the proper resources for the jobs are available: knowledgeable members, training, equipment, good work ethics, reasonable management all make my day go good.
