What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was fine. Its a job.
My last interview eoth the company was for a promotional position. My manger utilized his abilities to help me feel more comfortable and not have such a formal interview. I am dislexic with ADD so at times i find it difficult to articulate myself accordingly.
Very informative and detailed with down to earth people.
My boss talked to me and she explained me really good
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more personal and not so cold.
