Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we take care of all clinics and pharmacy, we do what the RN's and the Pharmacists do and get paid below their pay scale but do all the work at least give us an opportunity to move up the ladder quicker.

We need to have better consistent training
