What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good people who care about the business and the people. Humm is different from any company that I've worked for, they really care. They don't just go through the motions. We work hard and I also have confidence that I should be taking care of me, being good to myself so I can give my best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the Humm I can drink!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are empowered to make decisions for the reputation and the long term health of the company. All of the teams that I work with and around help each other, do what needs to be done even if it's not "in your job description". We are all hands on and willing.
