What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working as a team. They will sit in the office and expect people who have never done that line of work to just know what get are doing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way management treats their employees is terrible and the pay for all the work we do is well under what I consider fair compensation. A bonus or pay raise would be the only way I would feel compensated or satisfied with my job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually doing their job and asking for help when needed.
