What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Short term mindset from management based around increasing the company valuation and directors stock options, leads to wrong direction and fragmented culture that isn't sustainable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior leadership 'Just get it done' mentality. Incentives and bonuses need to be aligned to company objectives, teams have conflicting objectives based on their own P/L which causes distrust and culture of unfairness.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus on collaboration not stealing each others ideas or faking stats to make your team look better than others.
