There was a lot of talk about growing within the company and having the potential to make a lifelong career out of working at the company. And yet, there are less than 5 people working there that have been there more than 5 years.

Everything revolves around favoritism and not an actual ability to complete a job.

The entire company is falling apart at the seams, there is nothing that has been improved in years and everything is falling apart.
