The work environment is toxic, the worst I have experienced in 20 years.

The company has had its ups and downs as a result of poor leadership. It has turned around with new staff and CEO.
iCetana, has been a roller coaster ride filled with highs and lows. The company has seen a massive shift in culture, staff, and structure since I joined. Overall, I believe any company faced with the same set of circumstances would need to go through similar growing pains. iCetana is great.
