Listening to people with actual knowledge, rather than the opinions of people who have no knowledge but give answers they want to hear.

iCetana and its leaders have no sense of purpose other than "To become a rich company". iCetana's Culture, Common Goals and Values have been decimated by egos and personal gains, its foundation staff have in fact long departed. A very sad affair indeed.
