Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not received a raise in 3 years. The first two years, I was illegally paid a salary vs hourly. On my third year, the company switched me to hourly, and was told that was basically my raise. No, I’m just being compensated legally now.
