Everyone has a good sense of humor. During crunch times I know that all coworkers are making the same effort I am. I like how value aligned we are - our values are clear and permeate our culture, they're not just words on a wall.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Idealist Consulting is genuine people with big hearts. Everyone here is truly committed to quality and authenticity from process to delivery. If there's any tension it usually orbits around making sure that we are delivering 110%
