Mr. Zachary Hornby, also known as Zach, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Ignyta, Inc. since May 30, 2014. Mr. Hornby served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at Ignyta, Inc. since August 2013 and August 2012 respectively. Mr. Hornby is an Operating Partner at City Hill Ventures, LLC. He helps evaluate prospective City Hill investments and serves in operating roles in City Hill portfolio companies. Previously, he served as an Operating Principal at the firm. Mr. Hornby served as Senior Director of business development at Fate Therapeutics, where he was responsible for pharmaceutical partnerships and non-dilutive funding. He has also served in various business and commercial roles at Halozyme Therapeutics, Neurocrine Biosciences and Shire Human Genetic Therapies. He served as a Life Sciences Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. He has over 10 years of life sciences business experience. Mr. Hornby holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biology, with a concentration in Neuroscience, from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Dr. Jacob M. Chacko, MD has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ignyta, Inc. since May 30, 2014. Dr. Chacko served as a Vice President at TPG Capital, L.P. focusing primarily on healthcare and digital media since August 2008. At TPG Capital, he helped lead teams that successfully completed acquisitions having an aggregate value of over $10 billion. He was also a Board Observer at IMS Health and Quintiles Transnational. Previously, Dr. Chacko was an Associate at McKinsey & Company where he served healthcare clients. He was a Marshall Scholar at Oxford University. He served as Director of RentPath, LLC since July 13, 2011 until May 2014. He served on the Board at EnvisionRx. Dr. Chacko concurrently received his M.D. from UCLA and his M.B.A. from Harvard University and was president of his class at both institutions. Dr. Chacko received an M.Sc. in Economic and Social History from Oxford University and a B.A. in Biology, B.S. in Gerontology and Minor in Health Policy and Management from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Christian V. Kuhlen, M.D., Esq., has been General Counsel and Secretary of Ignyta, Inc. since July, 2016. Dr. Kuhlen served as Corporate Secretary, General Counsel and Vice President of Genoptix Inc. since September 2007 and also served s its Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Genoptix, Dr. Kuhlen was an Attorney in private practice as an Associate with Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from October 2004 to September 2007. From October 1995 to July 1997, Dr. Kuhlen served as Research Assistant of The Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California, where he studied the pathogenesis of the hepatitis B and hepatitis C viruses. From August 1997 to May 2004, Dr. Kuhlen was a full-time graduate student. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and a J.D. and M.D. from the University of Southern California.

Anthony Kim serves as the Executive Director of Marketing of IGNYTA, Inc.. Anthony started at IGNYTA, Inc. in Oct of 2017. Anthony currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
