I previously described this as the best job I ever had. We were constantly innovating and growing and everyone was happy which trickled down to clients. Once our investors took over the beaurocracy, micro managing and nepotism kicked in. Now they are purging the org of the original employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Smaller, regional teams are still positive and support one another without a massive amount of beaurocracy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work culture has gone downhill significantly. There doesn't appear to be a clear direction from our senior leadership and we are starting to nickel and dime our clients. The senior leadership team continues to hire their colleagues from previous companies rather than growing talent from within
