I have never had a bad day at work ever since I started. I never dread coming to work and always look forward to what the day will bring.

Incite Tax is a super solid and amazing company to work for! I haven't had any negative complaints about anything. I know that if I did have any suggestions or feedback, they would be taken seriously.

My experience at Incite has been nothing short of amazing. After a long vacation, I'm excited to come back to work! Never encountered that elsewhere. On Sundays, I find I tend to think to myself "I get to go to work tomorrow," as opposed to how I used to think "I have to go to work tomorrow."

Taking the leap and joining Incite Tax has been life changing for me. The positive culture and leadership team is unlike any company I have ever worked for. We have fun and get work done!

It's a positive workplace with team members who support each other. I've even let friends know they should come work here!

They are incredibly invested in all of their employees and provide a great environment to learn, grow, and make an impact on the tax world.

At Incite Tax we are closed for Holiday Break. This paid time off allows all employees time to decompress, spend time with family and really mentally prepare for the upcoming tax season.

My only complaint is that we're all compensated differently for doing the same jobs - and while I wouldn't say I'm undervalued - the pay I receive unfortunately isn't a living wage for the state I'm in. I would suggest either paying all the admin a starting wage for 25.02 or giving us OT pay.

Personally, I took a pay cut to fill the role that I am currently filling. This is honestly the only not great part of my situation within incite. However, It was discussed that if I were to hit the ground running and be productive that Incite does not wait to for annual reviews to reward employees.

I feel as though I have previous multiple years of experience and I bring a lot to the team and take on extra projects and work. I feel like every new job opportunity should be a next step in advancing. I'm making the same amount I did when I left my previous job and I'm doing more work here.

The admin team is very friendly.

They all make coming to work feel like fun and not a chore!

They're very respectful, responsible and knowledgeable people with their own personalities who aren't afraid of being themselves in a professional setting.

Everyone is eager to help each other succeed.

Incite is a place that is atypical as a business and employer. I've worked many places and have never enjoyed any of them as much as I do working at Incite. The uniqueness makes it stand out.

My only note is finding a way to update the clients more during tax season, many complaints about not hearing anything about their taxes after documents are submitted.

The systems are new to me. I don't know if Incite will give me time to learn the systems and show my worth.

It's a me problem. I'm just not too passionate about what I do. For someone interested in the idea, this job would be perfect!
