What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO gives me enough time to take time off to destress and see my family and friends.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My only complaint is that we're all compensated differently for doing the same jobs - and while I wouldn't say I'm undervalued - the pay I receive unfortunately isn't a living wage for the state I'm in. I would suggest either paying all the admin a starting wage for 25.02 or giving us OT pay.

Personally, I took a pay cut to fill the role that I am currently filling. This is honestly the only not great part of my situation within incite. However, It was discussed that if I were to hit the ground running and be productive that Incite does not wait to for annual reviews to reward employees.

I feel as though I have previous multiple years of experience and I bring a lot to the team and take on extra projects and work. I feel like every new job opportunity should be a next step in advancing. I'm making the same amount I did when I left my previous job and I'm doing more work here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My only note is finding a way to update the clients more during tax season, many complaints about not hearing anything about their taxes after documents are submitted.
