Mr. Orson Oliver has been an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Services of America, Inc. since June 14, 2013. Mr. Oliver has been an Independent General Business Consultant of PNC Bank since May 2004 and the Al J. Schneider Company since February 2004. Mr. Oliver has been an Independent Business Consultant, with over thirty-five years of experience in banking and financial consulting. He served as an Interim President of Industrial Services of America, Inc. from June 14, 2013 to December 3, 2013. He served as the President of Mid-America BanCorp. and its subsidiay, Bank of Louisville since November 1985. He began his career in 1968 as an Attorney with the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. In September of 1975, he joined Bank of Louisville as General Counsel. He retired from banking industry in February 2004. Mr. Oliver has been the Chairman of Industrial Services of America, Inc. since May 2012. He has been a Director of Industrial Services of America Inc. since February 1, 2005. He has been a Director of Waste Equipment Sales & Service Company LLC since February 2005. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors at The Rawlings Company, LLC since January 1997 and the Al J. Schneider Company since February, 2004. he served as a Director of Mid-America BanCorp. and Bank of Louisville since 1985.

Mr. Todd L. Phillips has been the President of Industrial Services of America, Inc. since September 30, 2016 and as its Chief Financial Officer since December 31, 2014 and served as its Secretary since June 2016. Mr. Phillips served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of CRS Reprocessing, LLC since January 2009 and September 2012 respectively. He served as Senior Vice President of Natural Gas at Genscape, Inc. Mr. Phillips has overall responsibility for Genscape's global natural gas business. His responsibilities included fiscal management of CRS's global operations in areas of budgetary performance, financial reporting and information technology. He supervises investor and lender relationships, while overseeing administrative operations and human resources within corporation's U.S. headquarters. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Genscape, Inc. Prior to joining Genscape, Mr. Phillips served as the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation. He was responsible for overall management of the Accounting and Finance departments, as well as Information Technology, Human Resources and Credit. He also spent five years with Arthur Andersen, prior to joining Metal Sales. He serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement. Mr. Phillips is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Kentucky, with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
