My experience here has been pretty positive. This has been the best company that I have worked on since I've been in the corporate world. The environment is positive and there are good vibes from most employees. I feel that the company culture is strong.

I appreciate the collaborative environment and how the company isn't forcing us to be a family, but more of a community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free insurance and unlimited PTO. Having flexible working hours along with unlimited PTO is helpful for those of us that are caregivers to our(a) family member(s).
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a moderate work amount, a great team, and an awesome manager is what makes me the happiest at work. I feel supported by my team and manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates are extremely helpful, they are ready to assist when needed, be a listening ear, advise on best practices, etc. They make me feel like I have a community at work.
